We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our Dryvan Division. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of dispatching, ensuring efficient and timely movements for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers, ensuring their specific needs are met.
  • Negotiate, book, and coordinate movements, including managing the dispatching of trucks for optimal scheduling and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of dispatch, addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Provide comprehensive and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries related to dispatch, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously strive to achieve the highest level of dispatch efficiency and address any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Dispatcher.
  • Familiarity with TMW (Transportation Management System) considered an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve shared dispatch goals and targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
