About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Dryvan Dispatcher. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of dispatching within our Dryvan Division.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and timely movements for our valued clients. You will work closely with our Operations team to ensure seamless execution of dispatch, addressing any operational challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers within the Dryvan Division.
  • Skillfully negotiate, book, and coordinate movements, including managing the dispatching of trucks for optimal scheduling and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure the seamless execution of dispatch.
  • Provide comprehensive and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries related to dispatch.
  • Continuously strive to achieve the highest level of dispatch efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Dispatcher.
  • Familiarity with TMW (Transportation Management System) considered an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
