Job Summary

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products produced adhere to customer specifications by maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements
  • Enforce quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Monitor and control scrap and rework levels to minimize waste
  • Troubleshoot tooling problems and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to new hires
  • Administer the Collective Agreement with plant employees
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain good housekeeping practices

Requirements

  • University Degree in Mechanical, Automotive & Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology Program
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
