Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Summary
Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products produced adhere to customer specifications by maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements
- Enforce quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor and control scrap and rework levels to minimize waste
- Troubleshoot tooling problems and implement corrective actions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to new hires
- Administer the Collective Agreement with plant employees
- Ensure a safe working environment and maintain good housekeeping practices
Requirements
- University Degree in Mechanical, Automotive & Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology Program
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
