About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Buns Master Bakery. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to support staff, and carrying out administrative activities.
  • Communication: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and efficient interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English (Work Language).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
