Job Title: Retail Team Lead

At Freedom Mobile, we're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Team Lead. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising retail operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise retail operations, including inventory management, banking, and merchandising
  • Provide on-the-job training and development of team members
  • Meet personal targets and drive peers to achieve store goals through effective mentoring and training
  • Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including sales and customer service
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive retail sales experience
  • Previous experience in the wireless industry is an asset
  • A positive demeanor and a commitment to improvement that leads to outstanding customer experiences
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
