Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Groupe TVA. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising retail operations, providing outstanding customer service, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise retail operations and ensure that all standard operating policies and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Provide on-the-job training for new hires and continue to develop and train existing team members.
  • Meet personal targets and drive peers to achieve store goals through effective mentoring and training.
  • Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including inventory management, banking, merchandising, and sales.
  • Lead by example and ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive retail sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the wireless industry is an asset.
  • A positive demeanor and a commitment to improvement that leads to outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
