About the Role

Latesa Management Inc is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team. As a Concrete Finishing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the project site.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Clean Up Spills and Contaminants: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on the project site.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near the construction site to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
