Job Summary

Latesa Management Inc is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
