Job Title: Director of Quality for Aerospace Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality for Aerospace Programs to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our quality management function and ensuring that our aerospace programs meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure that all aerospace programs meet quality, reliability, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and improve overall quality performance.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that quality goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality management within the aerospace industry.
  • Proven track record of leading quality teams and implementing quality management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex quality issues and develop effective solutions.
