Director, Data Quality

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality to lead our quality management efforts and ensure industry-leading quality and safety of our custom equipment and services within the food, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and frameworks for Tri-Mach Group
  • Collaborate with managers and employees across various departments to ensure compliance with production processes and regulatory requirements
  • Promote a positive company image through quality, safety, consistency, and professionalism
  • Design and conduct audits to assess quality system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams and support department leaders to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures
  • Create and reinforce a quality culture within the company
  • Conduct supplier quality assessments and manage supplier relationships
  • Provide leadership and training on quality principles and practices to employees
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product/service quality
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, project management, and field service teams to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's quality management system remains compliant and effective
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor and continuously improve product quality and production processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience with custom automation, material handling, conveyors, welding, and metal fabrication solutions
  • Knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in quality management tools and software
  • Experience in leading quality audits and implementing corrective actions
