Job Summary

The Personal Care Attendant will provide high-quality personal care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's comfort and dignity.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the client's home remains safe and comfortable.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering the client's dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The Personal Care Attendant will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a private home setting and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
