We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Roland - private household.

Job Description:

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting clients with medication administration and monitoring
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
  • Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Providing companionship and social support to clients
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Setting:

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one care and support. You will be responsible for creating a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Target Audience:

We are seeking a Personal Care Attendant to work with elderly clients who require assistance with daily living activities.

Work Term:

This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.

Language:

The primary language spoken in this role is English.

Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
