We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Roland - private household. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Setting

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will work in the employer's/client's home, providing care and support to clients in a one-on-one setting.
