Job Overview

The Brick is seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing customer service requests, coordinating service calls, and processing sales order confirmations.

This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate service calls for furniture and appliances, ensuring prompt delivery and installation.
  • Process sales order confirmations for builders and large contracts, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Organize product reservations and deliveries for large contracts, working closely with suppliers and customers.
  • Consistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
