Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at SBR Commercial Services Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office administrative procedures, including record-keeping and data entry.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
