About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Ideal Siding. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the most efficient installation procedures and layouts for siding projects.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for accurate installations, ensuring a precise fit and finish.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to complete installations safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Clean the work area to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in siding installation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and physical stamina.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
