Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on loan accounting and risk management to the entire organization.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and optimize loan performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop recommendations to ensure effective risk management.
You will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of 11 professionals, reporting to the Director of Governance and Business Processes. Our team is known for its expertise and collaborative approach.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 5 years of experience in a similar role, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- CPA (CA, CGA, or CMA) designation.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and risk management.
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
