Job Title: Youth Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Youth Worker to join our team at Rocky Mountain Behaviour Analysts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to youth in our community, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and case histories to track client progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans
  • Implement life skills workshops and programs to promote client development and well-being
  • Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Develop and maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs and making recommendations for improvement
  • Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff to enhance program delivery
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working with youth in a social services or related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
