Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Youth Program Coordinator to join our team at Rocky Mountain Behaviour Analysts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing youth programs, working closely with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate and implement youth programs, including life skills workshops, behaviour management programs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Client Support: Provide support and guidance to clients, including assessing their needs, developing service intervention logic models, and maintaining program statistics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the effective delivery of services and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and physically demanding work environment.
