Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Program Coordinator to join our team at Rocky Mountain Behaviour Analysts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing youth programs and services, working closely with clients, volunteers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop, coordinate, and implement the delivery of youth programs and services within the community.
    • Assess client needs and develop service intervention logic models and outcome measures.
  • Client Services
    • Provide support and guidance to clients, including education, life skills workshops, and behavior management programs.
    • Assist clients with special needs and accompany them to appointments and social outings.
  • Volunteer and Community Engagement
    • Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff.
    • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers involved with clients.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Prepare reports and case histories.
    • Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
