Job Title: Senior Property Field Adjuster, Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Field Adjuster to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and adjusting property claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate property claims and determine the cause and extent of damage
  • Negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements with policyholders and claimants
  • Perform duties assigned to you in compliance with established work standards, policies, and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders and claimants

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in claims
  • Ability to qualify for at least a Level 1 AB Adjuster's license
  • Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
  • Good investigative manner
  • Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them
  • Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature
  • Access to an appropriate vehicle
  • Full driver's license and satisfactory driving record
