Job Summary:
Xpera is seeking a skilled Senior Property Field Adjuster, Full-Time to join our team. This role involves investigating and adjusting property claims, providing SCM standard quality service, and facilitating prompt and equitable settlements within corporate policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of property claims, gathering and analyzing data to determine cause and extent of damage.
- Negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements with policyholders and claimants, ensuring compliance with established work standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients to communicate claim status and recommendations, maintaining effective relationships and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement business development opportunities to maximize growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in claims, with a strong background in property claims.
- Ability to qualify for at least a Level 1 AB Adjuster's license, with a commitment to ongoing education and learning.
- Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics, and ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
