Job Title: International Student Recruitment Officer

Are you a people person with a passion for education? Do you have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to achieve and succeed in your work? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Student Recruitment Officer to join our team at Aims Education.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on study opportunities in the UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Guide students through the application and visa application procedures until enrolment is complete.
  • Market and promote educational institutions represented by the company to students.
  • Maintain an accurate ledger of student details and applications in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with university students, other offices, and client institutions.
  • Create and build relationships with university students.
  • Create personal marketing strategies to engage clients.
  • Complete accurate administrative tasks for the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be a real people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to achieve and succeed in their work.
  • Be customer-focused and driven to meet and exceed targets.

Skills Requirements:

  • Can persuade and influence, gain leverage over others, persistent, resilient, and confident in their ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas and sales goals.
  • Must be computer literate.

Education Background:

  • An undergraduate degree from any reputable University.
  • An applicant from a Business, Marketing, English or IT background will be preferable.

Language Requirements:

  • English is the primary language of communication.
