Job Title: Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (Nova Scotia) Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, single-ply roofing, and metal roofing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair roofing systems, including built-up roofing, single-ply roofing, and metal roofing
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Install and repair sheet metal flashings
  • Perform other related tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work at heights and in fast-paced environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
