Senior Bilingual Facilitator Consultant Opportunity

S.i. Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Facilitator Consultant to facilitate strategic and operational planning of a scheduled Retreat within the Public Sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Strategic Integration and Governance Unit to develop, design, and facilitate the Retreat, ensuring alignment with the Minister's mandate, Program, and Senior business agenda.

The key factors and drivers that could impact the delivery of the Retreat will be reviewed to develop clear and attainable business and management priorities.

The Retreat also provides an opportunity to collectively review resourcing and budget allocations, ensuring the Program and Senior Management are well aligned and have resources to deliver on their commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate strategic and operational planning of the Retreat
  • Develop the process for these meetings, including agendas and necessary documentation
  • Ensure timely completion of the planned agenda
  • Prepare and present a bilingual PowerPoint presentation summarizing the Retreat
  • Present the PowerPoint to the Program and Seniors Management Board
  • Provide a revised version of the PowerPoint presentation if adjustments are required
  • Prepare and present key messages for the Program and Seniors portfolio Executives Debrief Session

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience facilitating meetings, operational planning, and presenting to Senior Executives in PowerPoint, as well as fluency in both English and French.
