Senior Bilingual Facilitator Consultant Opportunity

S.i. Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Facilitator Consultant to facilitate strategic and operational planning of a scheduled Retreat within the Public Sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Strategic Integration and Governance Unit to develop, design, and facilitate the Retreat in September and the Executive Debrief session for both programs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Facilitating strategic and operational planning of the Retreat
  • Developing the process for these meetings, including agendas and necessary documentation
  • Ensuring timely completion of the planned agenda
  • Preparing a draft bilingual PowerPoint presentation and final version summarizing the Retreat
  • Presenting the PowerPoint to the Program and Seniors Management Board
  • Providing revised versions of the PowerPoint presentation as needed
  • Preparing and presenting key messages for the Program and Seniors portfolio Executives Debrief Session

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience facilitating meetings, operational planning, and presenting to Senior Executives in PowerPoint, as well as fluency in both English and French.
