Senior Strategic Facilitator

S.i. Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Facilitator Consultant to facilitate strategic and operational planning of a scheduled Retreat within the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and facilitate the Retreat in September and the Executive Debrief session for both programs.
- Design and implement the process for these meetings, including agendas and necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of the planned agenda or agreed-to modifications by the Project Authority.
- Prepare a draft bilingual PowerPoint presentation and a final version summarizing the Retreat.
- Present the PowerPoint to the Program and Seniors Management Board.
- Provide a revised version of the PowerPoint presentation to the Strategic Integration and Governance Directorate if adjustments are required.
- Prepare and present key messages for the Program and Seniors portfolio Executives Debrief Session.
- 10+ years of experience facilitating meetings, operational planning, and presenting to Senior Executives in PowerPoint.
- Fluently Bilingual (English/French).
The Senior Facilitator Consultant will work closely with the Strategic Integration and Governance Unit, who will provide logistical and planning support.
