Job Title: Retail Shelf Stocker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Shelf Stocker to join our team at Alberta Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing regular stock checks
  • Restocking shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including assisting customers with purchases and resolving any issues
  • Performing general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a retail or stockroom environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
