Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Letto's Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting.
