Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Letto's Enterprises Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in stock.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in all aspects of food service.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and up-to-date information to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with accurate and timely information on all aspects of food service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of food service.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain efficient interpersonal skills, working effectively with staff and customers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work as a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Initiative: Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Dependability: Demonstrate dependability and reliability in all aspects of food service.
