Payroll Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pay and Benefits Manager to join our team at Uni Express Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll services, compensation, and benefits for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective payroll systems and processes
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with HR team to design and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Provide expert advice on benefits and compensation to employees and management
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years or more of experience in payroll services, compensation, and benefits
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English is the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week, permanent position
