Director, DTC Supply Chain and Fulfillment

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) supply chain and fulfillment operations. As Director, DTC Supply Chain and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational oversight of all DTC supply chain functions, including inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, stock allocation, vendor management, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services across all DTC brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations teams to ensure organizational and personal goals are met.
  • Manage the supply chain for DTC brands, ensuring proper inventory positions and efficient distribution center operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including wholesale, marketing, and distribution centers, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management, order management, demand forecasting accuracy, replenishment flows, and warehouse space planning.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and service level agreements to drive departmental performance.
  • Provide insights and direction to demand planning and fulfillment operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in DTC supply chain and fulfillment operations, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Exceptional project management, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Fulfil.IO.
