Company Overview:

Labatt Breweries of Canada, a leading Canadian brewer and one of the country's founding businesses, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Director to lead our financial operations across Canada.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with experience in supply chain management and analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, accounting, and budgeting, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial analysis and reporting for our supply chain operations in Canada
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure cost savings and cash flow improvements
  • Analyze spend variances and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and brewery operations, to drive strategic planning and decision-making
  • Manage financial forecasting and ensure consistency between performance metrics results and forecasted costs

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, and/or relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and business acumen
  • Ability to work multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
