Director, Corporate Asset Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations. As Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of our DTC supply chain functions, including inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, stock allocation, vendor management, and last mile delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations teams to ensure organizational and personal goals are met.
  • Manage the supply chain for our DTC brands, ensuring proper inventory levels and distribution center operations to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including wholesale, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management, order management, demand forecasting, and replenishment flows.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive departmental performance.
  • Provide business analytics and insights to demand planning and fulfilment operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in DTC Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations, preferably in furniture or fashion retail with high volume inbound and outbound flows.
  • Exceptional project management, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with Power BI experience an asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP.
