Event Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Logistics Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate catering logistics for events, including planning, organizing, and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with catering vendors and suppliers.
- Manage catering budgets and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in catering logistics or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
