Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Stars Event Decor. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting conference and meeting services, preparing and managing budgets, and developing sponsorship and partnership programs.
Key Responsibilities- Promote conference and meeting services to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and manage budgets for events and conferences
- Develop and implement sponsorship and partnership programs
- Coordinate logistics and production for events and conferences
- Plan and execute social programs, food and beverage services, and transportation arrangements
- Research and design special events programs
- Plan and coordinate schedules, goals, and objectives for events and conferences
- 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
- College or CEGEP education
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
