Retail Store Manager

Yukon Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking merchandise
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliability and flexibility
