About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive growth
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitor landscape to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
