Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and develop strong communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Address client inquiries and resolve emerging issues
  • Provide product and service information
  • Manage and distribute emails from the general mailbox
  • Document uploads and ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a collection agency or client services is mandatory
  • Familiarity with Debt Master / DRS is an asset but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $2,800.00-$3,300.00 per month, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
