Job OverviewThis role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and develop strong communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Address client inquiries and resolve emerging issues
- Provide product and service information
- Manage and distribute emails from the general mailbox
- Document uploads and ad-hoc requests
- Previous experience in a collection agency or client services is mandatory
- Familiarity with Debt Master / DRS is an asset but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $2,800.00-$3,300.00 per month, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
