Job Summary

We seek a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to improving business efficiency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing new business strategies and models, communicating their benefits to management, and creating monthly reports on business performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through collaboration with business stakeholders.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  3. Evaluate proposed technical solutions through feasibility studies and impact assessments.
  4. Design and implement solutions that meet business needs, working closely with software developers, architects, and other technical teams.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and technical design documents.
  6. Foster effective communication with stakeholders through meetings and workshops.
  7. Analyze data to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Provide support and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  10. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the industry and recommend innovations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Capital Markets understanding, Derivatives, Swaps, Options, FIX, FI, FX, and multiple asset classes knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of technical domains, including full trade lifecycle viz., deal capture, downstream flows, PL & Risk management, accounting, settlements etc.
  • Understanding of system interfaces and different messaging formats viz., xml, fpml, json.
  • Banking/financial experience and solid communication skills are a plus.
