About the Role

The Business Analyst at ROSS serves as a liaison between stakeholders to collect, analyze, and communicate business requirements for process improvements. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, documenting requirements, and collaborating with project teams to deliver effective solutions.

This position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and requirements management, as well as experience working with various software tools, including Lotus Notes and Flowcharting Tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
  • Apply knowledge of business analysis best practices to drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a diploma or degree in a business or computer-related field is required. Relevant experience in business operations, process improvement, and requirements management is highly valued. Proficiency in specific software tools, such as Microsoft Project and Rational Requisite Pro, is an asset.
