Customer Service Lead

The Customer Service Lead - Retail Experience is a key role that requires a high level of customer service expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. You will supervise the department and staff, act as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain a clean and presentable work area at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Remain current with weekly and in-store specials to provide accurate information to customers.
- Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accurate labeling of products through adherence to company pricing strategies and monitor execution of company inventory control procedures.
- Sales and Profit: Foster a shopping experience that engages customers, enhances loyalty, sales, and profit, and run, monitor, and analyze sales data reports.
- Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and coach employees, provide regular feedback to support the department leadership team, and schedule and monitor breaks, back-ups, and other departmental activities.
- Inventory and Store Operations: Participate in the final inventory calculations, follow store lock-up procedures, and perform other duties as required.
