We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Island Health.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $84,481 - $106,633 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. They will also need to deal with others effectively, organize work, and implement a plan of care.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice as currently required by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, including administering medications. They will also be able to operate related equipment and physically carry out the duties of the position.

Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice.
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties.
