Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, pension plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based practice.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals through verbal and written interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice, including administering medications and operating related equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
