Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Inventory Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies, ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and that we are meeting our guests' needs.
- Area Inspections and Maintenance: Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
- Contract Services: Co-ordinate contract services, including dry cleaning and valet services, to ensure that our guests' needs are met.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that our facilities meet all local health and sanitation regulations, and that our staff are trained to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Laundry and Uniforms: Supervise in-house laundry services and maintain an inventory of uniforms and supplies.
- Scheduling and Assignments: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Transportation: Own transportation.
