Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Grand Forks Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
- Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that all rooms and public areas meet our high standards.
- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Co-ordinate contract services to maintain our facilities and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
- Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have everything we need to maintain our high standards.
- Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and in good condition.
- Co-ordinate dry cleaning and valet services to ensure that our guests have access to these services.
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out at all times.
- Respond to complaints from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
