Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Warehouse Event Specialist/Event Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with warehouse duties, event setup, and teardown. This is an on-call position that requires flexibility and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Support event crews at job sites as required, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Safely securing loads and protecting fragile items for shipping.
  • Accurately document all work performed.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and adhere to procedural guidelines.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Certification to operate a forklift is necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Establish priorities and work under pressure effectively.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  • Liaise well with others and work within a team.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Work independently without direct supervision when necessary.
  • Willingness to work additional time as required to meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a minimum 4-hour call requirement. This is an on-call position that may include evening and weekend work.
