As a Host/Hostess, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Table Management: Maintain table turnover, ensure all tables are cleaned, cleared, and reset as soon as possible.
- Guest Relations: Assist service staff and management in providing customers with a positive dining experience, maintain guest relations, and uphold Smitty's cleanliness standards.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash payments, debit/credit card transactions, and assist with takeout and delivery orders.
