Host/Hostess Role

We are seeking experienced Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our guests, maintaining table turnover, and ensuring that all tables are cleaned, cleared, and reset as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Assist service staff and management in providing guests with a positive dining experience
• Handle cash payments and operate debit/credit card terminals
• Help pack and handle takeout and delivery orders
• Requirements
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well in a team environment and be trustworthy and reliable
