Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ordering supplies and equipment, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.
As a Culinary Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to stand for extended periods. You will also be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. If you have a Safe Food Handling certificate and a Food Safety Certificate, you will be at an advantage in this role.
